Terms in plain English

This page summarizes purchases of Tsugite Labs Kintone plugin licenses. The spreadsheet template has separate conditions in the Japanese documents linked below.

Seller and contact

Tsugite Labs sells these licenses as a sole proprietor. We do not publish the proprietor’s name, address or telephone number on this site. If your company needs them for vendor registration, request them through the contact form before purchase; we disclose them promptly by email.

Use the contact form to prepare an email. The form is in Japanese; you can write your message in English. Replies to product inquiries take a few business days.

What you buy

You buy a license to use paid plugin features in one Kintone environment (subdomain), with no limit on apps or users. Business-Day Due Date and Japanese Era has a single-product license; Excel Reports is sold separately. Table Row Manager, Conditional Required Fields and List Refresh are available only through the plugin pack. The plugin pack covers Tsugite Labs Kintone plugins, including new plugins released during your license term, except products marked as sold separately.

A license lasts 365 days from the card order time, or from payment confirmation for bank transfers. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Paid features continue for a 14-day grace period after expiry; after that, free features continue and settings remain saved. There is no grace period after a trial ends.

To renew, use the Renew button in the plugin settings with your current key entered. The new expiry is 365 days after the later of your current expiry and the card order time or bank payment confirmation time.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe in Japanese yen (JPY). Your card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee. Stripe emails your card receipt. For bank transfer, contact us to request a Stripe invoice; payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, and you pay any transfer fee.

Receive and recover your key

After card payment, your key appears on the license page. For bank transfer, open the URL on your invoice after payment is confirmed; confirmation may take a few days. Keys are not sent by email.

Save the license page’s URL and keep it private: anyone with it can view the key. Reopening it displays a key for the same subdomain and expiry from that payment. The page may show a different key string when you reopen it; both the old and new strings work for the same environment until the same expiry date.

If your Kintone subdomain changes, contact us with the old and new subdomains and your Stripe receipt or invoice number. We reissue the key for free with the same expiry date. We send that replacement separately; reopening the old license page still shows a key for the old subdomain.

Paste the key into the plugin settings for each app, save the settings and update the app. You can find a saved key in those settings. If you lose both the URL and the saved key, contact us with the product name and receipt or invoice number. Do not buy again.

Refunds

After your license key is displayed, we do not accept cancellations or refunds for a change of mind. Test the plugin with its 30-day free trial before buying. If a key does not work because of our defects, we reissue it or provide a refund. Contact us with the problem and your Stripe receipt or invoice number.

Payment and contact information

Stripe receives the information needed for payment. Your Kintone subdomain, or your current key for renewal, is sent to the license issuer and recorded with the Stripe payment. Product use and key verification take place within your Kintone environment.

The Japanese privacy policy explains how payment and contact information is handled, including provision to Stripe, Cloudflare and Google outside Japan. Read it before purchasing or contacting us. Agreement to the terms at card checkout also includes agreement to that privacy policy.
